Space Availability - Whistler Public Library

Small Meeting Rooms

• To complete your booking you will need a valid library card - if you don't have one, signing up is easy! 
• For each person, bookings can be a maximum of 2 hours per day. 
• To keep access to these spaces as equitable as possible, there is a maximum of 3 bookings per week, per person.
• Bookings are available during library open hours and can be made as far as 14 days in advance.
• Bookings are held for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time before they are cancelled.
• To learn more about what is included in each room, click on the name of the room or the blue "Info" button below.
• When booking below, select your start time from the grid and then use the drop-down menu that appears to select your end time.
